Patrick Proffitt, PE

Director of Special Projects

Patrick is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. He has diversified experience in site development calculations, engineering design, site preparation, utility design, roadway design and stormwater management.

Patrick volunteers his time serving on the Board of Directors for United Way and the Optimist Club. He also participates in the Lynchburg Morning Rotary Club. He enjoys playing tennis, working out, hiking and spending time with family.
