Bradley is a graduate of Emory and Henry College and holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from East Tennessee State University. A native of Bland County, Bradley has managed several large-scale mapping projects throughout southwest Virginia and maintains an intimate presence within the local community of Wytheville and surrounding areas.
