Bill Lane, PE 

Director of Land Development – Lynchburg

Bill Lane serves as Director of Land Development – leading land projects from initial feasibility and due diligence through design, permitting, and construction support for a wide range of commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and energy development projects. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he built a strong foundation in practical, hands-on engineering and problem-solving. With extensive experience in site development and project management, he is committed to delivering thoughtful, efficient solutions for clients and communities alike. Outside the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, being outdoors, and staying active in his community.
