H&P has been involved in Centra’s Lynchburg General Hospital expansion since the early planning stages, beginning with the rezoning process and continuing through the enabling phase, where we handled site design for additional parking and relocated existing utilities out of the new tower’s footprint.
Now that construction has moved into the tower addition itself, our work includes site design, utilities, and parking improvements tied to the expansion, which also brings a new Emergency Department entrance, a helipad, and a relocated central utility plant. H&P is also providing construction stakeout and materials testing and inspection as the work progresses on site.
