Gretchen has provided oversight of projects ranging from sight development plans to water and sewer projects. As a civil engineer, Gretchen has designed and managed various types of projects including master plans, preliminary engineering studies, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water management, and roadway projects.
