Neil Martin, LS 

Survey Manager – Blacksburg

Neil is a graduate of Wytheville Community College studying civil engineering, drafting and design.  He has extensive experience in all types of surveying including boundary, construction, topographic, and transportation including VDOT, CSX, Norfolk Southern and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation. 

In his spare time Neil likes to spend time doing home improvement projects and yard work.   He also enjoys taking trips with his family to the beach and the Great Smokey Mountains.
